Does Elena forget things like this? Part of me thinks she is taking advantage of the fact that she knows he loves her. She knows that she can just say the word and he’ll help her, protect her, do whatever she needs. Because he loves her. But I think she may also be doing that unconsciously… she doesn’t know she’s doing it. She thinks he’ll always be there no matter what.
I thought she already had that wakeup call when he wasn’t there… he promised he’d never leave her again. ARG, what does she want with him? She has to realize at some point that she either has feelings for him or that she is stringing him along. I know he’ll love her either way, but come one.
I don’t hate Elena, I just want her to show me Damon that she appreciates what he’s doing and that she loves him back. Too much to ask?
